Refund policy
At Natural Masters, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness, consistency and smooth scheduling for all guests, the following policies apply to all appointments and purchases.
Appointment Deposits
• All service appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. No exceptions will be made.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if:
• A cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, AND
• The new appointment is booked within 7 days of the original appointment date.
Failure to meet both conditions will result in forfeiture of the deposit. To update your appointment, please call (718)678-8118 during business hours.
Deposits may only be transferred once.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
• No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
If cancelled via the booking site, the deposit will be forfeited. Please call the studio directly to transfer your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings for repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Product Sales Policy
All product purchases whether made online or in-studio are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on products.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
• Product must be unused.
• Product must be returned in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges are subject to manager approval.
Client Responsibility
• It is the client’s responsibility to review all appointment confirmations, reminder messages, emails and studio communications.
• We are not responsible for missed appointments due to unread messages.
• By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to all studio policies.
Studio Cancellations
In the rare event that the studio must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully transferred to a new appointment date of your choice.
Promotions
Service and Product promotions are ONLY active and applicable on dates communicated. They will not be edited nor extended.
Policy Agreement
Booking an appointment or completing a purchase constitutes agreement to this policy.
All service and product prices are final. We do not offer adjustments, price matching or retroactive discounts.
